Because this is a digital download with immediate access, refunds are not available. We are not able to refund purchases on the basis of changing your mind. 

Due to the digital nature of the products, there are no refunds or returns available since these are all printable (digital orders) items. 

Please note print quality varies. It depends on paper quality, ink quality and your printer settings. Refer to your printer manual for additional information to adjust your printer settings. Keep in mind, colors on the actual products may vary from what you see on your screen. Just like printers, different screens will display colors differently.
